We encourage appointments due to being a small local business with two staff members. Sometimes we have off-site consultations that pull us from the store so it's more convenient for all future customers to run by appointments.

Kitchen & Bath Designs of Memphis showroom is open by appointment Monday - Friday 9am - 3pm. You can purchase directly from us at our store.
If you are not able to come to our showroom we encourage you to utilize our online store.

Quartz Top Care
Clean with warm water & a soft sponge or dishcloth. You may use a gentle liquid cleaner if you cannot remove all food residue or grease with water and a dishcloth. We recommend that soaps with “antibacterial” properties not be left on the granite or marble tops, as these products contain acidic chemicals that can damage the stone.
Furniture Base Care
Natural woods are subject to seasonal humidity cycles and have a tendency to expand and contract. This movement is expected with solid wood products, and cracks can occur in the legs and panels. This is not a warranty concern.
Our furniture pieces should be cleaned with ONLY a soft cloth. Additional cleaners are not needed to maintain the cabinet itself.
Mirrors
It is possible that your new mirrors might have a little residue or glue from production. A razor blade can be used to remove the residue, along with a soft rag and any glass cleaner. Most mirrors will clean up with water and a rag.

Our production line works most efficiently with an order of 30 cabinets of the same design. With an order of this size, we can alter some of our products to your specifications. Lead times are typically 4-6 months.
Our custom cabinet lines might also be able to get you closer to a design you're looking for.

Returns
If you would like to return your undamaged & uninstalled vanity, we will offer an exchange or store credit only.
You will be responsible for the return freight cost. All shipping returns MUST be in the original box, with the original packaging material and strapped to the pallet.
All local returns must have the original box and you will be responsible for a pick up fee of $100 unless you choose to drop off at our warehouse. Please call or email to initiate a return.

Out of State Shipping
All vanities are shipped via LTL at the best offered rate. It is our goal to provide quality products to all of our customers. Each item is top checked carefully before it leaves our dock. Every effort will be made to ensure your order arrives safely. Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. Due to the fragile nature of granite and quartz tops, every inbound shipment to our customers should be opened and the top inspected for damage before signing the freight bill with the driver present. In the case that the top is damaged - DO NOT ACCEPT THE PIECE. We ask that you write "Refused - Damaged" on the BOL. Take a picture of the damage to send to us, and contact us immediately so we can get a replacement sent. KBDM cannot accept concealed damage claims. We thank you in advance for your support in this matter.
Regarding our No Top cabinets, this process will not be necessary, but please check the exterior of the box for obvious damage before accepting the item. Report any losses or damages to us immediately at 901-699-3110
Shipping Mirrors
Due to the fragile nature of this product, we prefer to ship mirrors with a cabinet order. If it is necessary to ship a mirror by itself, please be aware that the shipping costs are very high and we cannot guarantee it will arrive unbroken.
